UPDATE: 07.30.21 COVID-19
Welcome Back to Your Carson Center! Please read for Ticket Buying and Attendance Guidelines:
Performances, concerts, and events are back at The Carson Center For The Performing Arts!
Our team is fully vaccinated and your health and comfort are our priority! We continue to consult CDC guidelines, public health authorities, government officials, and health and safety experts as we carefully monitor health and safety conditions and adopt modified guidelines as necessary. The State of Kentucky strongly recommends that all patrons be fully vaccinated or obtain a negative COVID-19 test prior to entering indoor facilities.
Ever since we began our phased reopening in May 2020, we have been vigilant in our approach to our COVID-19 health and safety protocols. Based on recent trends and guidance, The Carson Center will be making adjustments to these measures, which may continue to change at any time without notice.
If you are purchasing a ticket or plan to attend an event at The Carson Center, the following measures are now in place:
Note: Depending on the restrictions imposed on us by touring artists, shows, and rental events, we reserve the right to require that all patrons be vaccinated and show proof of vaccination before entering.
As always, our procedures may change as we continue to follow guidance from the CDC, State of Kentucky, and local health officials, so check back to this page for the latest updates.
Updated 6.11.21 (EXPIRED) The Carson Center for The Performing Arts is open for events and performances at 100% capacity per the latest Kentucky Governor's Healthy at Work Guidelines (6.11.21). We are thankful for the improved health of our community, state, and nation and look forward to returning to presenting superlative live performances, cultural and educational experiences, and private events. Masks are optional at this time. We continue to support handwashing, staying at home when sick, and wearing a mask if it makes you feel more comfortable. The Carson Center has made upgrades to air filtration and ventilation to increase the delivery of clean air and dilute potential contaminants. Your safety and good health are our priorities.
Should changes to public health and safety guidelines prohibit The Carson Center from presenting any performance at full capacity in its theatre, the concert will be rescheduled to a time when public health and safety guidelines allow such capacity.
