“Love is in the Air” and just in time for Valentine’s Weekend
Friday, February 12, 6:30 pm
"Love is in the Air" is a new dinner-theatre experience that will be co-presented by The Carson Center for the Performing Arts and Paducah Symphony Orchestra (PSO) on Friday, February 12, at 6:30 pm. This is the first time the two nonprofit arts organizations have co-presented an event. Their creative collaboration will feature appetizers and a seated dinner catered by Artisan Kitchen, premium wine, and professional live music. Reservations are required.
Join us in The Carson Center lobby and Myre River Room for an evening of celebration with friends, family, favorite co-workers, or for an evening of romance with that special someone in your life.* The entire event will follow our CDC-compliant protocol, which requires: limited attendance, check-in with touchless temperature check, masks, hand sanitization, and physical distancing. CDC-compliant guidelines will also be followed for all food and beverage service.
Contemporary dinner music and an after-dinner classical recital will be performed by Paducah Symphony Orchestra's Associate Concertmaster Sophia Han and Friends. Violinist Sophia Han, Sophia's husband and Saxophonist Zachary Stern, and pianist Barb Lamont will serenade guests with familiar love songs and some of their classical favorites.
