The 2024 Distiller’s Dinner featuring O.H. Ingram River Aged Whiskey is SOLD OUT!

Don't miss The Carson Center's signature fall fundraising party! The 20th Annual Carson Center Distiller's Dinner will take place Saturday, October 19, 2024, at 6:30 p.m., featuring O.H. Ingram Distillery and dinner catered by Doe’s Eat Place. Live music and a special live auction featuring rare whiskeys, a private selection barrel, and other must-have items will add to the evening. Reservations are required, and seating is limited. 

O.H. Ingram River Aged is the only whiskey in the world aged inside a floating barrelhouse on the Mississippi River in Columbus, KY. Their spirits spend their entire lives exposed to the river’s constant motion and intense climate. The drastic rise and fall of the river force a more intense interaction between the spirit and oak. High heat causes the pores in the wood to expand and absorb more whiskey. At night, the river pulls the heat off causing the pores to squeeze the whiskey back into the barrel. High humidity on the river keeps the barrels and sugars moist to stave off evaporation and heighten flavor. Their method is an innovation rooted in tradition. This is why they say, “Mellowed on the Mississippi.”

Proceeds benefit The Carson Center for the Performing Arts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Our presenting sponsor this year will be Beehive Liquors, with support from CFSB. DOE’s Eat Place will cater this 21-and-up event, which takes place at The Carson Center in historic downtown Paducah. Tickets are $185 per person, or $1400 for a table of 8 and $1700 for a table of 10. The price includes dinner, beverages, entertainment, and your tax-deductible contribution to The Carson Center. Beverage options include selections from O.H. Ingram, wine, beer, soft drinks, and coffee.
