After a hiatus in 2022, Vine & Dine is back this year with an exciting new approach. Grab your “passport” and embark on a tour around the Carson Center stage. Prepare your palette to be transported as you sip and taste at five distinct tasting stations. This immersive experience will allow guests to enjoy a celebration of superb cuisine, fantastic wine, and fabulous friends. Chef Sara Bradley, Chef and Proprietor of freight house and runner-up on season 16 of Top Chef and most recently season 20 of Top Chef World Allstars, will prepare specially curated seasonal dishes with locally sourced products, expertly paired with a selection of Willamette Valley wines proudly sponsored by Wagner Wine and Spirits! All proceeds benefit The Carson Center through the Fred Paxton Challenge For Charities.
