The 14th annual Carson Center Distiller's Dinner will feature Fred Booker Noe III, Jim Beam Master Distiller and Ambassador, Small Batch Bourbon Collection®. The entire event takes place on stage in the beautiful Carson Center main theatre – with live music by The Eddy Grove Trio. Reservations are required. An “early bird” rate for tickets and tables of 8 is available until September 30.
The event has developed a devoted following in this “Golden Age of Bourbon,” attracting long-time attendees and first-time guests every year. The evening starts with a reception with 7th generation Master Distiller Fred Noe. Enjoy appetizers and cocktails while mixing and mingling with others who enjoy the Carson Center’s fall fundraising dinner party. Cocktails will feature Knob Creek, Basil Hayden’s, and Jim Beam Black – served in a logo rocks glass that is your event keepsake. Other beverage options include house wine or beer, coffee, and soft drinks. This is a 21 and up event.
During the evening, Master Distiller Noe will share the craft of whiskey making and his family’s interesting history and legacy. He is the son of the late Frederick “Booker” Noe Jr. and the great-grandson of Jim Beam. Executive Chefs/Owners Karla Lawrence and David Jones of Artisan Kitchen will make brief remarks about the courses created for this dinner. Throughout the evening, the Eddy Grove Trio will perform live music – including folk, Bluegrass, roots, and Americana. A mini-auction during dessert will offer collectible Beam bourbons, barrel head, original art, and bourbon experiences. Proceeds provide essential funding for the Carson Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts center. Reservations are required.
