Announcing a unique dining experience on The Carson Center stage - VINE & DINE!

Vine & Dine is back this year for a celebration of superb cuisine, fantastic wine, and fabulous friends. 

Join us Friday, August 20, to support the comeback season of your non-profit regional performing arts center and enjoy a taste of the Pacific Northwest expertly paired with regional cuisine prepared by Chef, Sara Bradley. Dr. Ted Borodofsky will complement the evening with smooth Southern Jazz.

Chef Sara Bradley, Chef and Proprietor of freight house and runner-up on season 16 of Top Chef, will prepare a specially curated farm-to-table meal with locally sourced produce, expertly paired with a selection of Pacific Northwest wines.
