Broadway Workshop™ Teaching Artists Announcement

The Carson Center is excited to announce the outstanding teaching artists for this years Broadway Workshop™. Broadway Workshop™ is a dynamic musical theater intensive led by acclaimed professionals from New York City. Returning to the Carson Center for the 7th year, Broadway Workshop™ is directed by Marc Tumminelli, Director of Broadway Workshop™ New York, and is taught by a team of top theater professionals, who have worked on Broadway, in film, on TV, and in theaters across the country. Joining Mr. Tumminelli in Paducah this year are Broadway actors, David Rossetti (Broadway: Bring It On, Spider Man and Peter Pan Live (NBC)), Jason Gotay (Broadway & National Tours: Annie, Hairspray, Something Rotten), and Chris Dawn (Broadway: Finding Neverland).

By joining us at the Carson Center, this dynamic team will coach participants in master classes in singing, dancing, acting, stagecraft, and more while learning and rehearsing ensemble-based Broadway musical numbers for a final showcase performance on Friday, June 15th, 2018. All registered participants will be given the chance to perform on the Carson Center stage. Whether preparing for regional community theatre or college auditions, this opportunity to receive coaching from these talented artists, and Marc Tumminelli, is priceless.

Broadway Workshop™ at the Carson Center is open to all levels of talent and is for students ages 9-18. To ensure a high quality experience, space is limited to 50 participants.
