On September 26th, 2024, The Carson Center in Paducah, KY, will host an unforgettable evening as part of its Dippin’ Dots Art For All Series: "Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Live in Concert." The performance, conducted by talented Shelbie Rassler, promises to be a highlight for music and Marvel fans alike, blending the thrill of live music with the visual spectacle of one of the most highly awarded animated films of recent years.

Starting at 7:00 PM, the event will showcase the sequel, "Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse," on a colossal HD screen. Accompanying the film will be a live performance of its groundbreaking soundtrack, known for its innovative fusion of orchestral and electronic elements, alongside scratch DJ techniques. The concert will feature a full orchestra, a skilled scratch DJ on turntables, and an ensemble of percussion and electronic instrumentalists, creating an immersive experience that brings the film's score to life, live and on stage.

Shelbie Rassler, at just 26 years old, has already established herself as a dynamic force in the music industry. Her role as conductor for this performance is a testament to her exceptional talent and versatility. With an impressive resume that includes performances at The Kennedy Center, Carnegie Hall, and Lincoln Center, as well as collaborations with Broadway stars and contributions to Emmy-nominated productions, Shelbie's leadership in this concert is sure to elevate the evening to new heights.

 

Fans of the Spider-Verse films will not only get to experience the magic of the movie with live music but also have the opportunity to enjoy a special pre-show Spidey Party. This exclusive add-on includes VIP parking, a private pre-show party with early access to concessions and bars, a slice of pizza, a meet-and-greet with Spider-Man, and a treat bag with a Spider-Man toy. The Spidey Party begins at 6:00 PM, and tickets for both the show and the party are currently on sale.
